How do I upload documents to the app?
To upload documents, tap the '+' Add button in the home or browse tab. You can either take a photo of the document or select a file from your device or gallery. Once uploaded, the app processes the document, making it searchable and categorizing it for easy access.
Can I search for specific information within my documents?
Yes, the app's powerful search feature allows you to search by text, document name, content, or tags. Just enter your search criteria on the search screen and the app will pull up the relevant documents.
How does the document categorization feature work?
Your documents are automatically categorized into different groups such as education, personal ID, finance, travel, and shopping, based on their content and context.
How do I use the chatbot interface?
Access the chatbot by navigating to the chat tab on the home screen. Simply type your query into the chat window, and the bot will analyze your documents to provide pertinent information and source listings.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes, the app can be used offline with limited search capabilities. You can upload, update, and delete documents, and all offline changes will sync once you reconnect to the internet.
How do I save documents for offline access?
Open the document and select the 'Make offline' option to download it to your device, allowing access without an internet connection.
What happens if I delete a document?
Deleted documents are permanently removed from the app and cannot be recovered.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is secure. All documents are encrypted and stored securely on our servers.
How do I update a document in the app?
Navigate to the document you wish to update, select 'Edit,' make the necessary changes to the document name or tags, and save your updates.
Can I share documents from the app with others?
Yes, you can share documents directly through the app using the 'Share' option. Share via email, messaging apps, or other supported methods.
What file types are supported by the app?
The app supports popular file types including PDF, JPG, and PNG.
Can I tag multiple documents at once?
Yes, during the upload process, you can apply tags to multiple documents simultaneously which helps in organizing and locating your documents promptly.
What should I do if a document I need is accidentally deleted?
It is recommended to only delete documents you are sure will not be needed in the future, as deleted items cannot be recovered.
Is there a limit to the number of documents I can store in the app?
There is no set limit on the number of documents; however, you should not exceed the total storage limit of 2GB offered in the free plan. Note that the app supports documents up to 25MB each.
How are documents categorized after upload?
Our system uses advanced models to automatically categorize your documents, so you don't have to worry about it.
What if the search function doesn’t return the expected results?
Ensure the document is fully processed (indicated by a cloud with a tick icon). Check for spelling errors in your query or try different keywords. If problems continue, please contact support for assistance.
How do I ensure my app syncs properly when reconnecting to the internet?
Ensure a stable internet connection when going back online; the app should automatically sync changes made offline. If syncing issues persist, manually trigger a sync in the task manager screen or restart the app.

How do I set or update my profile image and name in the app?
Navigate to the 'Profile' section, tap on your current image or name to edit, and save the changes.
How can I mark a file as a favorite for quick access?
Open the file, tap on the 'Favorite' or 'Star' icon to mark it. Easily access these files from the favorites section.
Can I upload multiple documents at once? What is the limit?
Yes, you can upload up to 5 documents at once. If more than 5 files are selected, the app will automatically adjust by only uploading the first 5 files.
Is there a limit on the number of tags I can add during the document upload?
Yes, you can add up to a maximum of 5 tags per document. If you try to add more, the app will display an error message.
How do I create folders to organize my files?
Under the Browse tab, click the Add (+) button, select 'Create Folder' or 'New Folder', name it, and start organizing your documents into folders.
How is document access managed when the cache is full?
The app caches the 50 most recent files for quicker access. It automatically removes the oldest cached files to make space for new ones as needed.
What are included in the FREE plan?
The FREE plan offers 2 GB of cloud storage and allows up to 30 chatbot questions per month.
What happens if I exceed the monthly limit of chatbot questions?
You will need to wait until the start of your next billing cycle to ask additional questions.
Can I upgrade to a more feature-rich plan?
Currently, only a FREE plan is available. Stay tuned for future updates about additional plans offering more features or storage.
How can I optimize the use of my 2GB cloud storage?
Prioritize important documents, use folders and tags for efficient organization, and delete files no longer needed.
What should I do if I reach my cloud storage limit?
Consider deleting older or unnecessary files to free up space.
How can I keep track of my chatbot question usage?
Check the profile or settings section for a counter showing the number of chatbot questions used and how many are remaining for the month.
